Packages combine flights — usually Jeddah (JED), sometimes Riyadh (RUH) as a published route — hotels, and the visa type Saudi authorities require at the time of travel. Hotel class, travel dates, and remaining passport validity are checked in the office. There is no self-serve checkout that pretends those fields are optional. What this desk will not claim We will not publish a quota, a “this week only” Umrah fare, or a guarantee that a given passport will receive a Saudi visa.
